Brahim Sayah is a distinguished Executive Pastry Chef with over 20 years of international experience in luxury hospitality. His culinary journey has taken him from the prestigious kitchens of Harrods in London to exclusive resorts in the Maldives and Qatar.
Sayah's career highlights include working alongside culinary luminaries such as Pierre Gagnaire at the acclaimed Sketch Restaurant in London, Guy Savoy 3 Stars restaurant in Paris, and most recently, overseeing pastry operations for Joel Robuchon's restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel The Pearl Qatar.
Known for his innovative approach to pastry, Sayah has been instrumental in launching high-profile restaurants worldwide, including Shirvan by Chef Akrame in Doha. His expertise extends from fine dining establishments to luxury cruise ships, where he delighted discerning guests with his exquisite creations.
